The room was very spacious and the staff were very helpful in answering all of our questions and keeping our bags safe. The hotel is in a fantastic location with the British Museum a two minute walk away and lots of food and drink options in nearby Covent Garden. The room was nice and quiet considering the central location and there were great supplies of toiletries and refreshments.

Nwver coming back. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Outdated and run down room. A huge draft from our window and generall an ice cold room. The worst thing was the dirty spoons . When mentioned to the staff they somply apologised. .

Unfortunately the hotel couldn’t offer us the family deluxe room we had booked and paid for. They offered us 2 standard rooms which forced me and my wife to sleep apart to accompany our 13yr old son. We received a ‘sorry’ at reception and when complaining to the manager (who never spoke to us), they offered us 20% discount on our room, which we accepted. Room was clean, staff at breakfast were nice and ideal location to explore central London.

We booked a premium room because it was advertised as being larger than standard. It should have been 20 m square. It was approx 12 m square. Easily the smallest hotel room I have ever been in. I pre authorised £100 on my credit card. When I checked out the receptionist did not give me a bill and said they had a problem with one breakfast charge and would send an invoice to confirm the amount to be charged. I never received an invoice or any communication but later found out they had taken £129 from my card without my knowldge.
