I can honestly say that for the price, this is one of the worst hotel rooms I have stayed in. The bathroom was in an awful state with holes in the walls, terrible attempts at maintenance in the tiles and mirrors hanging off the walls. The ‘deluxe room’ was tiny with barely any floor space around the bed, no desk space and a tiny wardrobe. The carpet in the hallways were dirty and had holes in several places. I travel regularly for work and a premier inn plus room is far more ‘luxurious’ at a third of the price

All of the reception staff (4 in total) that we met were absolutely useless, uninterested and incapable of providing assistance. They didn’t smile once, or even say hello. They didn’t care that we were unhappy with our room when flagged and took ages just to complete basic tasks. The room we were given wasn’t anything like the “premium” room in the pictures. Despite asking about this after checking in, nothing was done to fix it. They blamed Expedia. The air-con in the room was loud, the shower drain was blocked and the only thing provided was two cans of water. There was a fridge but it was empty and there was a TV that didn’t work. When we complained again at checkout, the receptionist just offered me the hotel manager’s business card and said he’d make our next stay better. Given our experience, we will not be staying again. This hotel looks good in the pictures, mainly due to the nice frontage of the building, but it’s extremely underwhelming inside and no better than the lowest budget hotel you can find.
Premium room was just a basic room with no amenities at all. Nothing like the pictures.
Shower didn’t drain.

Good stay except for initial room with broken AC

We booked a deluxe room for over $600/night. The initial room they gave us was on the first floor and had a broken central air unit. Instead, there was a portable air conditioning unit in the room. The hot air outlet hose of the portable AC unit was not connected to the outside window nor was the outlet hose frame the right size for the outside window. A manager told my wife to put the frame in the window when I was at the front desk. I went to the front desk and they said they have "other deluxe rooms available". The nice agent moved us to a 3rd floor room where the central AC worked and everything else was fine. Why give us a bad room when there were others available? Did they expect us to blow the hot air into the room? This cost us 30+ minutes of our time, no offer to comp anything, etc.
