This is the worst hotel I ever stayed. I am traveling for 2 weeks and stayed at 4 different hotels. Nothing compares to this disappointment. HOTEL HAS NOT BEEN REMODELED!!!! The images Expedia posted is incorrect. I felt grossed walking or using it anything there. The furnitures were, very dirty with stained carpet, and so much more. I cannot even explained. This was deceiving in regards to booking. I will NEVER stayed there.

We booked a room for 3 ( patients and a child ) for 2 night , for a short weekend in London . It was an awful experience from start to finish. The air con in the room made horrible sounds so we couldn’t use it , it was hot and humid in the room during the night . The sofa bed wasn’t made and we realised there are no sheets or pillows in the room to make the bed with , we were then brought some ( after waiting for 45 minutes) dirty sheets from a very a member of reception team that informed us that there are no housekeeping staff in the building after 17:30 and we will have to make do with his makeshift arrangement of the extra bed .

I was in London and my friend was coming to meet me, we chose this hotel for the night. I was very impressed with the robes and slippers and the little snack treats we received. We had a lovely girly trip and we’ve both said we’d stay again. Lovely friendly staff too and very central.

Room was small, but the air con sounded like a jet engine and had to be turned off in order to sleep. This was made harder by noises from other rooms and smell from drain and ventilation (with cooking smells). Staff were unsympathetic when told. Will never stay here again

My shower did not drain correctly and I had to complain twice before they even tried to fix it. After the fix, it still drained very slowly. Elevator was often broken and extremely slow when working. This hotel is too expensive for these basic services not to work.

The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. They turned a rough morning into a pleasant day. My only critique would be the incredibly small bathroom and there are no accessible outlets by the bed. Towels fall off the hooks and should be changed to hold two. The bus stop is close and the hotel is in a location next to quite a bit of shopping. I would happily stay there again for its location and friendly staff.

Well located almost on Oxford street. The rooms are super small even for London. Air Con did not work so there was a mobile air con device with a pipe out the window. Bathroom super small! WiFi was very good. Lift was not working. Restaurant looked nice but I didn’t use it.
