This place is scary upon pulling up it looked nothing like the pictures , it looked abandoned. It smelt terrible , checked in hot out room and there were stains on the sheets , the hotel looked like it hadn’t been updated since the the 70s. We left our bags in the room and went to gab a bite to eat because my children were starving and we needed to decide what our game plan was . Because I did not feel safe there and I was completely disgusted / upon returning back we decided to leave . We tried to get a refund but they refused because a towel was used and they said we used the room which we did not. Terrible hotel

This property has everything a family with kids needs, pool, food and a bar for dad. Conveniently located 5 min off the 401 highway. Its not the Fairmount, but the price reflexes that.we stayed the one night, kids were a little noisy in that next room, but eventually went to sleep.

Although we had to change rooms twice, the management were quick to attend to the issues. One issue was the ac/heating unit started smoking and set off the smoke alarm. We were given another room immediately. Then the next rooms carpet was wet from a leaking fridge. Again, management responded immediately and gave us another room. Great attention and response! There was a strong smell of marijuana in the back parking lot area and inside the vestibule. Not sure where it was coming from. This hotel is right off the highway, close to a plaza, gas station, Tim Hortons and a few other restaurants. Within walking distance there are other shoping centers and restaurants. Five minutes away by car, there is a mall and more restaurants. The room had a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and hair dryer. Overall, a nice hotel. We would book it again.

The bed was too soft, curtains missing hooks so it didn’t close properly, fan on air conditioning never turned off, bathroom door tough to close. We will never stay there again. However, the staff was pleasant. The Company needs to refurbish it.
