The parking lot itself does need maintenance there does seem to be a fair amount of potholes forming as well as the lines are fading away for the spots. The room was overall clean and the bed was perfect

We booked the family suite. It has a bedroom with 2 queens and a large separate living area with a pull out couch and a chair, but only a tiny 2 person table. I figured with a "family suite" there would have at least been seating for 4. There is no elevator, but it is only 2 floors...

All staff we encountered were nice and friendly. We love the recent upgrades - and we love staying for the pool. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and the price was right! Our server Paul was fantastic! Will definitely be back!

Recently this hotel had fallen on HARD times. There is a new owner and they are investing LARGE into this property. New carpets, updated restaurant and lounge, well done. The service staff were top shelf... very helpful and pleasant. Best money spent on a London Hotel, especially if in the south end of the city.

The staff is great, very helpful, kind and attentive. The property itself was so offputting, rundown, and more of a cheap motel than anything else.
