Room was relatively spacious, very clean, and comfortable, except for the constant blast of cold air out of the vent, from which there was no escape without turning the air con completely off.

The Hotel was perfect for my trip which was secluded 3 night plane spotting trip, the room allowed to do this in comfort at 70 years old i needed, room staff to restaurant staff were all polite, kind and helpful.

Nice stay

Mine was a one night stay to catch an early flight out of LHR. The bed was very comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well and there was an excellent coffee shop. There’s a shuttle to and from the airport called the Hotel Hoppa. £12 round trip with stops at terminals 2 and 3.

The room was very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Right outside London Heathrow. My only complaint is the limited parking. My husband and I were trying to park late the night we were staying and all of the parking spots were full. Other than that, great experience!!

The staff were very pleasant, particularly Carlton who showed alot of professionalism and empathy. My disappointment was checking into a room that wasn't clean with an unmade bed, dirty towel in the sink and trash cans full. The breakfast was great though and proximity to airport is very convenient.
