The place is old with no upgrades to any part of hotel. Washroom was not good toilet took more than 4 flushes to empty. Outlets were not accessible I had to move the end table to access the outlet. Just don’t ever stay there.

We chose this hotel because it's just a 15-minute walk from Alexandra Palace. The area is well-served with shops, restaurants, and cafes, so the lack of breakfast wasn’t an issue—we enjoyed a fantastic brunch at the spot that used to be Jenny's Cafe, just around the corner. The hotel met our needs and was very clean. While the rooms are quite dated and could use some modernising, overall, we had no major complaints.

Polite receptionist, clean ensuite room with clean towels and bedding, easy check in/check out process, room was serviced every day so I always came back to a fresh room (whoever tidied also folded up and placed my pyjamas with great care which was very sweet), convenient free parking, useful in-room facilities (mini fridge, kettle, shower, free mini toiletries, complimentary tea/coffee/biscuits).

Very pleasant hotel

Great hotel, room was decent size, very clean and the bed was comfortable. Lots of shops and restaurants just round the corner.

Basic and very snall

Very basic and tiny room. Bathroom was also very small. The whole place needs updating. It was clean but that was the only positive thing to say. I was only there for one day and they were hoovering outside my room during the day and then early the next day as well.

The hotel interior looks very dated and tired. Paintwork in many places needs refreshing and some carpets were stained. Mis-matched and tatty looking furniture in the bedroom, which also had a very draughty window. No plug in the sink so had to use an upturned plastic cup to hold water in for shaving. Staff were very helpful though and car parking on site was useful.
