The room was well equipped and would make a long stay comfortable (fridge, laundry, dishwasher, full kitchen), and the location was great to get anywhere in London. We wanted to give 5 stars, but the bed was extraordinarily uncomfortable, and my partner thought the pillows were subpar. Staff were friendly and helpful when we wanted to drop our luggage pre-check in time.

There are stairs that you have to navigate, however, there is a lift (elevator) for luggage and going up n down if you are slightly limited. Overall, the staff was WONDERFUL, ACCOMMODATING AND FRIENDLY. Senket was so helpful, my mom and i truly appreciated his help!

Very much enjoyed our stay at Crane Court. The lower studio apartment was perfect for our needs, a big plus having the washer/dryer and kitchen. Very clean throughout, and any questions were answered swiftly by the wonderful Andra. Location excellent, within walking distance of Covent Garden and St Paul's, with a local Tesco about five minutes away and transport aplenty. Would definitely recommend.

I liked the unit itself and it is in a very convenient location. My main issue was that I was looking for a quiet place. It is in an office courtyard and while quiet during the day, every night there were people in the courtyard partying or whatever for several hours at night, from about 10 pm to 2 am.
