Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Stains all over the mattress, dirty cups, only 1 of 3 light bulbs worked. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Didn't expect much for half the price of hotels in the area but broken furniture, old(maybe new) mold spots in the bathroom ceiling. But what is worse was that when we tried to ask for a fan (it was like 100+ *F in the room) initially, there was some hesitation in finding one but the housekeeper was helpful to find one from one of the empty rooms. It was extremely hot that I went to front desk and if possible to temporarily borrow another fan(there were three of us in the room and the first 12inch fan was old and didn't really give much air) she said no but to wait for the manager that will be there in 3 hours but she had two fans in her office and one of them WAS NOT IN USE! In the back of the room there was a note to ask them for anything to keep our stay comfortable but obviously they don't really care. Worst ever hotel stay and we've stayed in hundreds of hotels.

No elevator & no way to know until you check in. We lugged our bags up to the top floor, the 6th! The reception person was not personable. We did have some hot water.

It was clean and convenient but a little tired. We had a small twin room with a tiny shower room and separate toilet. No toilet roll, we had to ask at reception. Only one pillow each, we managed to get 1 more between us from reception but the hotel was full so there were no other spares! BTW reception was 4 doors down the road and the planes start flying overhead at around 5am.

Health and safety death trap!

The location is the only positive of this hotel. Spread over 2 buildings 3 doors apart. The receptionist was rude and disinterested . Our booking clearly said bed and breakfast but they don't even do food. Our building was very tatty with thread bare carpets and wallpaper peeling. If you are offered room 216 just say NO. Bathroom mould growing in many places, heated towel rail not heated and falling of the wall, cupboardunder sink dirty and uncleaned. Not to mention no hot water in the shower. Bedroom no better, plugs not working or covered as unsafe, ceiling light falling down,sash window so unsafe you could easily fall 3 floors to your death, pictures held together with sticky tape, no spoon to go with your cups, carpet had never seen a hoover and the dust in the radiator was unreal. Save your money and stay at home. This place should be closed down for safety reasons!

This has been an awful experience. I asked in plenty of time for reimbursement or to change dates since my mother is ill in hospital and I’m unable to make the trip at this time. Despite the booking being made with no changes or cancellation permitted it feels like I have been dehumanised and shown zero compassion. I pray no one else experiences similar.

Noise issues

Stayed for the 1 night and couldn't sleep at all due to noises from a radiator. A staff hasn't done anything but closed the its valve completely. Sorry, I won't visit there again.

Wont be going again

I booked this this hotel, for business in London, the welcome was not that welcome, thourt there would be some were to get something to get food, no information given just you are in a room in the other building, the room wasn't the great, seemed to be blood drops on the floor, not that good.
