Okay but not great

I had very high expectations for staying here and sadly they didn’t meet them. The hotel is very nice but clearly is need of an upgrade and renovation. The service was also very mixed. Hotels.com offered a rate with breakfast and dinner included and the staff really struggled to honor these. I had to have multiple confused conversations about billing and accounting. The room was large and nice but the tub kept overfilling and getting clogged when we showered. Overall it was nice and the location is unmatched but wasn’t the experience I had hoped for.

This is such a great place to stay. Easy walking distance to many of the top sites and close to the tube and hop on hop off bus stops. The hotel is very well looked after and has a beautiful courtyard. Lots of options at the breakfast buffet.
