A very cozy and charming hotel – clean and nicely decorated rooms. The breakfast was okay but could be improved a bit. Some of the staff were extremely friendly and service-minded, while others not quite as much. The location is great, in a lovely and pleasant area. Overall, I would recommend staying here!

Clean and comfortable room, great location opposite the tube station. Continental breakfast offering was good, the cooked breakfast offering sadly didn’t match the standard of the hotel there were lots of options but the quality was lacking.

Excellent hôtel, located next to a subway station. Secured neighborhood surrounded by coffee shops. The only complaint we have is that we requested early morning transportation to train station the day before our departure, but there was none and hotel concierge had a hard time finding a taxi for us. We lost previous minutes which created unnecessary stress for us. We finally made it to the train station on time for our train .

The welcome from the lady checking me in was non existent. There was no greeting or welcome and the manager did not respond to my check in feedback survey in regards to this. The saving grace is that the location is excellent, literally steps from the station, however the surrounding area is filthy and the rooms are bare bones minimal. If you just want the very basics and easy access to Central London this would probably work for you, but if you’re wanting excellence in service or a comfortable room look elsewhere.
