Very clean, on a quiet street with helpful staff. We had a lovely few days with a good nights sleep, no disturbances. Useful to have the staffed reception. Note the building has no sign outside so make sure you look at the photo to know which it is - No. 20.

Really disappointed with my room advertised as premium, we left after 6 hours due to faulty window handles, table and chair legs and dimmer switch falling off. Little things like this really impacted the quality of our stay and we ended up leaving to find something else as I didn’t feel safe. Nice room to look at, clean, however, drain in the bathroom sink was backed up and bring up stuff that we hadn’t put down the drain… it also absolutely reeked. Also kept up through the night due to very thin walls and doors being slammed constantly. However if you can get past these things, it’s a really good location and a generally nice hotel, just definitely needs the sink fixing
