Fantastic hotel with amazing service!

10/10 would stay again. The service was amazing, it was spotless, the bedding luxurious, and fantastic location! Thoughtful touches (homemade shortbread every night with turndown service, an anniversary dessert brought to us, etc) made the stay extra special. Just book it!

Hands down one of the BEST hotel experiences ever. The staff, especially MARK, was incredibly. The food was unbelievable. The afternoon tea, scones, breakfast, fish and chips at this hotel was so good. I would go back to London just to stay here again.

Poor value for money (lovely staff).

Unfortunately, this hotel didn't live up to expectations on any front. The staff were lovely, that's the only positive. The room was tiny, and the bed not wonderfully comfortable. the room service food was really quite poor and lacked the key ingredients in the dish.

Much enjoyed it. Great place. Fabulous location. Chic. the only thing that could be improved is that the breakfast room in the basement is rather pokey and dark. The good news is that you don’t need to go there, they can bring you breakfast in the bar area on the left as you walk in, which is far nicer!

I would like to make a few suggestions to improve on theEgerton - but wait, I have none!!! The upgrades are clearly worthy. We are, and will be, repeat guests. The Egerton is discreetly and strategically placed in a quiet, pleasant walking neighborhood but steps away from the hubbub of busy streets. The staff are without exception competent and so very pleasant. Also, your clientele have all been so nice with whom to share pleasantries. The furnishings and fixtures are modern and of the highest quality. The beds and bedding are so refreshing after a hard day of ‘museum-ing’ and shopping. A special thank you to your interior designer, whose presence and tastes are warm but as formal as we expect. Thank you thank you thank you, Tom and Pam Roadley Siesta Key, Florida USA

Just finished our 5th stay at the Egerton. While this boutique hotel is beautiful, it’s the wonderful staff that keep us coming back. They are warm and always eager to share recommendations and make arrangements in order to make our stay memorable. We also love the location as it is on a quiet street and a short walk to South Kensington station. It’s also just a 3 minute walk to the V & A, which always has an interesting special exhibitions in addition to their permanent exhibits. The rooms are a uniquely decorated but are all beautifully furnished with very comfortable beds. It is also a very quiet hotel so I know I’ll get a good nights sleep. I look forward to returning to the Egerton the next time I visit London.
