Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. First and foremost, Marisa - the breakfast supervisor - was absolutely incredible! She made each morning feel welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The breakfast itself was impressive: a wide variety of choices, including many healthy options, and the quality of the food was excellent. I also have to highlight the coffee and hot beverages -thanks to a top-tier machine that offers all kinds of drinks. Every cup I tried was rich and flavorful! The hotel’s location is perfect: close to a market and a subway station, which made it super convenient to get around. The staff were all kind and helpful, making me feel right at home from check-in to check-out. The gym is a real bonus - well-equipped and clean, ideal for a proper workout. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and quality amenities.

This is a fairly new property, with very well appointed interiors. I had the residence, which was far ahead of my expectations - very spacious, honely, clean, and excellent toiletries. Above all, the staff that make this place incredible - special mention to Gosia and Mohamed for the incredible hospitality, and pleased to help me out whenever required. Must stay if it fits your budget.

The property was clean and conveniently located. However I checked in through an email they send and they had me put two security deposits down before checking in. Also they do not provide a free champagne bottle. It’s only a small glass of wine.

Great spot in Whitechapel!

Perfect spot for a longer stay. I was in town for three weeks for work and needed a kitchen and washer/dryer. The Gate was a 20 minute walk from my office but a five minute walk to the nearest Tube station which came in handy often. A great macro market across the street with fresh food, and some of the best Indian food in London in a quick waking distance.

Loved the views, lounge, and terrace. Nice touches like quality shampoo and soup. Only downside was the mattress sliding a bit nearly spilled our coffee! Overall, a great stay and would happily return.

Nice property with really nice staff. Gosia was very helpful. The property is also quite pet friendly. Nice place overall. The immediate area around it was not the nicest though but, you could walk other nicer areas that were close by.

Great location – I’d stay again just for that alone. The room was decent but a bit limited in terms of amenities – no vanity kit or extras, though maybe that’s something you have to request (not sure). The rooftop was cosy and a nice spot to relax. One thing I didn’t love: as a Silver tier member, the hotel says you get a free bottle of sparkling wine, but instead I was given a drinks and snacks token. Ended up with just a glass of prosecco and a beer – bit underwhelming. Staff were polite, though not the most energetic
