All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful. We had several questions about transportation and best options for reaching the tube and were very grateful for their suggestions. The only real problem was that the shower is in an elevated tub and was difficult to get in and out of because I'm short, plus not as spry as I used to be. :-)

It is a questionable for me

I had to take cold water showers in a very small space. I would say 3 x 3 feet. The water was all over and soaked wet outside after. The floor was soaked wet the floor also the bath mat. It was horrible.. the worst shower experience ever. Hotel stuffs were so nice and friendly.

We had researched many hotel options for our trip and decided on the Montague on the Gardens because of its great location and also because of its historic charm. We had also read that the staff provided excellent guest services- this last point was the best part.
