The bar and eating facilities and the steam room, sauna and pool facilities were great. The staff, particularly in the restaurant were very friendly and warm and accommodating. The cleaning staff were meticulous. The hotel design and decor was amazing and its proximity to the tube was a plus.

The property is nice and exactly as in the photos. What I did not like about my room was that it was on the ground floor with the windows looking out to internal sit outs of the hotel - so no natural light. The housekeeping left a lot to be desired. We stayed there for about 3 weeks. They do housekeeping once a week only and do not even change towels. One had to keep requesting them to do at least give fresh towels. And even when housekeeping was done they would forget to replenish the tea, sugar etc. The most disappointing part was when I gave this feedback to the front office staff, I was told that because I was a long staying guest I needed to remind them to replenish supplies! One would have expected service to be better for a long staying guest and not the other way round !!

Loved this property and the decor. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing I would change is the beds, they look beautiful but the mattress hard and pillows weren’t very supportive. Despite this I would stay again (just might bring my own pillow haha)

Reception and check in all smooth. Requested tea bag replenishment and appeared smoothly. Only queries were over large to for room and position made it difficult to watch plus couldn’t control room temp through app and bathroom rad couldn’t get to work. But overall very happy with stay.

Lovely room — very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Lighting created a relaxing atmosphere. Bathroom lighting can be improved to have a light that can do makeup. The kitchen is nice but not functioning very well, e.g. coffee machine not working, nowhere to find the power on button of the vent, and it took forever for the stove to bring the water to boiling. Staff are friendly.

My go-to stay in London. The location is perfect (both a cute area and easy to take public transit around town) and it feels like home. The facilities downstairs (pool, movie room, etc) are such a fun touch. I initially picked it because they have some really lovely extras (sound baths!!!), but even if you're not into those extra options, it's a comfortable, serene place to relax and either rest at the property to set up a nice base to explore the city. LOVE having a kitchenette, especially if you're there on a short trip and can't really adjust to the time difference. Feels both luxurious and cosy, in the most wonderful way. A definite home away from home.
