I chose this hotel because of it's close proximity to St Josephs hospital. Invoicing is confusing. They charge for the room then add on spa fees (there is no spa), a fee for using their online booking service plus additional unspecified fees, and taxes. Indoor parking is extra aswell

The gentleman that checked me in was not very friendly. Had a shower this morning and it took between 5-10 minutes for the water to heat up and then it got too hot. The breakfast was very different, with cold hard boiled eggs and sandwich meat, nice selection of meat though, salami ham and turkey. Just not breakfast.

We were on the 14th floor in a lovely, newly renovated suite. However, it was a very noisy space. Perhaps we were close to the mechanical room/HVAC system as the noise was constant and quite loud.
