Within 5 mins walk from Victoria Station, in a quiet side road this is a good choice for a short stay in London. Short because even with a VIP room upgrade we found the room small and extremely hot. We had to sign a disclaimer to open the windows and get fresh air in the room!! The bed was comfortable, with good quality bed linen, nice hot shower and fluffy towels. Staff were friendly. There is no on site restaurant but lots of choice nearby. Would recommend.

Thank you so much for making our stay so special for our anniversary we felt thoughtly spoilt when we entered our room to find rose petals balloons chocolates fizz and a hand written cards from the hotel and staff. The hotel and staff are exceptional I would definitely stay again and recommend them as a 10/10 hotel

I stayed at the The Resident Victoria from February 3-5, 2025 and it was phenomenal. From the time we entered, the male Philipino Receptionist, whose name I can't remember (Even though he gave me his card), treated us like VIPs. They catered to our every needs. Above all, they were truly helpful and courteous. We will definitely make this boutique hotel our "Hotel of Choice" whenever we come to London. Cheers! PS.. Thanks for the unlimited toffees.
