The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. This hotel was also well located for sightseeing (we walked to the British Museum) and for travel to / from Kings Cross). We also loved finding the Banksy on the side of the building. Perhaps pricier than other options but would stay again as it was such a positive experience.

We had a standard room which was fine but I was expecting more from the Standard (part of the Hyatt) Amenities were basic and everything was chargeable. It’s a basic room and premier inn down the road is the same. The actual hotel is nice but wouldn’t go back to stay in a normal room for the price.

Room was small but comfortable bed. Wouldn’t call it a 5 star hotel but was ok. Restaurant upstairs- food was great but service lacked. Got seated in the worst spot by the clean up area, had to ask to move. Don’t think hotel guests should be treated like that. Music way too loud, it’s like a nightclub. A bit too soho house vibes with wanna be influencers in cheap clothes.

First room was tiny and smelt damp. You can honestly get a larger room in an alternative budget hotel. For the cost I was expecting a lot more. Fortunately we were moved to another room that was marginally bigger but missing basic amenities like an ironing board and iron or a wardrobe. The reason for two stars is the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I won’t be staying again for the price though, the cost is way too much for what you get in this hotel
