Room was basic and clean one staff member nicer than others. Being a service worker myself I noticed no one at the desk welcomes you with greeting or a farewell. When I mentioned I was running behind for my breakfast slot I was told to be quick then. . hotel nice though and very convenient and I'll stay there again .

Location of the hotel was perfect for what we needed. Well kept, clean and nicely decorated rooms. Bed was very comfortable, however didn’t sleep as good as we’d hoped due to quite a few noises in the night! Think the walls were a bit thin. Just a note too that on booking it said we’d get bathrobes in the room, we didn’t. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Helpful staff. AMAZING food, the best gnocchi I have ever tasted. Would love to go back for a personal visit. I wish I wasn’t doing dry January as a glass of wine in front of the fire would have been bliss!

Lovely room, parking. It is in quieter part of Greater London but some nice restaurants about. Ideal for bushy parkrun about 25 min walk to start line About half an hour walk from hotel to Hampton court and then beyond that there’s bars and restaurants. Recommend Sakura Yakiniku restaurant.

Very easy self check in before arrival making a quick way to our room. Polite and pleasant staff, warm and comfortable surroundings on a freezing day/night. Room was fully equipped with all we needed for our stay and a great breakfast the next morning. We also ate here the night before and enjoyed our meal as we had previous visits. Our 3rd stay here and just as good as the first time. Thank you.

Great staff from when we arrived the bar was well stocked with cocktails and real ales to the top shelf. Breakfast was very well laid out. The room was so nicely done we’re definitely coming again
