Air con/heating was broken so room was freezing. When I reported it I was informed at reception it was affecting the whole hotel so moving rooms wouldn’t help. It hasn’t been fixed since I last stayed there 3 days ago. I ended up sleeping in my clothes.
To add to this, the window in my room was open when I arrived, making the room even colder. I realised after 10mins that the window had been left open by staff as there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drains in the bathroom.
I have stayed 10+ times at this hotel and have been happy with my stay. But these last 2 times the heating and drain issues have been extremely disappointing. The hotel is not currently fit to stay in with no working heating and the hotel should make people aware if the heating issue is still not fixed before they book.
