Small but comfortable room. Near 2 rail stations and lots of shops and food. Good breakfast. On the outskirts with homeless sleeping nearby, didn't feel super safe after dark.

Pleasant hotel on the perfect location. Walkable to 5 metro stations that can take you to any site you wish to see in London. Covent Garden where it is near is a happy place for dining and entertainment. Helpful staff. Get a room with a window. Will be on my list when I make it back to London.

The room was clean. Air-conditioning made the room comfortable. Shower was lovely and quite roomy. Nice to have good choice of channels on tv including Sky. We stayed here for the theatre and its a perfect place for a overnight stay. Close to Charing Cross underground.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and bed was comfortable. Location was excellent too. The room might have been ok for one person, however, was WAY too small for 2 people. No closet, no drawers, no place to place 2 suitcases. Couldn’t even get dressed at the same time.

Staff we excellent as was service. The thing that let this Z hotel down was the bed. It was hard & matress not comfortable at all. Pillows were good though. Great for getting to the National theatre.

The hotel room was very small. The bed was surrounded by three walls so you had to climb over the other person to get to the other side of the bed if the other person wasn’t up. The shower and bathroom had just a glazed glass wall so if you came with a friend I wouldn’t recommend. The shower water was not very warm at all despite what time you showered. They don’t stock the room with many towels or toilet paper so we had to constantly go ask for more since they only come to clean every two days. The positives- clean, felt safe and good location by covent garden. They also offer free wine and cheese twice a week for guests which was nice

Theatre overnighter

Small room but just what we needed. Exceptional service from staff and an invitation for cheese and wine. Great location for the Novello theatre and others. We will stay again.

This was a great location! Very central and easy to find. Kayleigh at the front desk was wonderful and very welcoming. The rooms are small but compact and clean. My room was very quiet. I’d stay there again!

Would recommend.

Our stay was very pleasant! When asked for certain things such as an iron, they brought it up to you within minutes. Would recommend for short stays if you are going to watch a show or a trip around London as it is just on the strand!
