The staff were all so friendly. It’s an older property and there is no lift to the upper floors but the staff takes your bags up for you. That’s so convenient. Medhi also gave us great tips on where to eat and visit. All around great experience.

The staff were incredible, always greeting you when you leave and arrive back. A really good location 2 minutes away from paddington station/a lot of places to eat nearby and around lots of parks. This hotel doesn’t have an elevator and the stairs are rather steep, but the staff was super kind and helped me with my suitcase. I would recommend staying here!

The desk staff is especially helpful with very good recommendations as to eating establishments and pubs. The ability to store luggage is a great help and the hotel is super close to Paddington Station. For a central London location it is quite peaceful.

The hotel had an overwhelming odor of heavy scented cleaning products. When the blue stuff in the toilet was gone there was an odor from the toilet. While watching TV all of sudden there was an overwhelming stench of human feces. We had already put on our PJs so we opened the window which helped make it tolerable to sleep. The radiator between the beds began to gurgle and then the water was running through it as if someone had turned on a faucet. If I had not been so tired from hours of travelling and already in bed we would not have stayed. We woke up early and left the property. We told the lady at the desk. I have not heard from anyone at the property since 7AM April 20, 2025 London time.

I had a room with ensuite up one floor. While very Small it had all conveniences and the bed was really comfortable. The proximity to restos tube and bus really made this an ideal location. The staff was attentive and overall amazing. The only blip was a strong smell that seemed to come from the bathroom which they tried to fix but didn’t really get resolved.

We only needed overnight to catch train at Paddington and it was fine. Very small rooms and the bathroom was literally a closet. It was fine for a few hours but no more than a night. Price was good and the service excellent. Staff were wonderful and very accommodating.

Very helpful and friendly staff as they will carry your luggage up the stairs which is extremely helpful. Mehdi in particular was very friendly. Please keep in mind the bathroom is very small but very clean. Will recommend.

This hotel is very conveniently located just a short walk from Paddington Station. It’s also surrounded by a variety of restaurants and cafés, adding to its appeal. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more pleasant. We stayed in a compact double room, which was quite small—especially the bathroom—but it was clean, modern, and included all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable. One thing to note is that there is no elevator, so depending on your room’s floor, you may need to climb several flights of stairs. Thankfully, the staff were more than willing to help with our luggage, which was greatly appreciated.

Glad it was only one night

I was glad to be only staying there for one night. Luckily I checked in late and left early. I only spent 9 hours there and that was enough. Could hear and feel the tube running under the hotel, room was on lower ground floor and just looked and felt dank. Only thing going for it was how close it was to Paddington Station.
