Poor customer service!! Negative marks!!

Although not a bad looking place. When the roof started leaking, I called the emergency line 8 times!! 8!! No response until I told them that there was so much water coming in that by morning they wouldn’t have a place left to rent!! Breakers were popping! No lights in the kitchen! Water pouring in from the ceiling fixtures! Above us alarms were going off like world war 3!!! Still not a text or phone call! NOTHING!!
I needed pots to catch about three gallons of water over 2 days!!
Water all over the kitchen in huge puddles!
Water from the fire alarm!  That shorted out too!
Water running down the ceiling and back of cabinets!  No call back or response from the company!

I traveled to London in February for a business along with my family (husband and daughter). It was a wonderful stay. The property is good. It is cleaned with all the amenities available. No disturbance from the owner. They might block 25k per person as security in case you damage the property however we received the full refund as no damage was done. Facilities - Indian restaurant is available nearby - Rajasthan (We use to have our lunch and dinner here, highly recommended) and few other within 1 km range London Bridge in 200 m radius Tesco and Amazon fresh - Incase of grocery Tube train - Monument (300 m walk from Apartment) Overall a wonderful stay, we loved it.

Excellent location and very clean. Needs good pillows and more cupboard space. Even though I made the reservation through Expedia 30 days a head, it was very annoying to ask me one day before arrival for a deposit that needs to be paid in order to send arrival information, which was not required !

This apartment hotel is right on a busy street. Since the unit is not air conditioned, traffic noise is constant and unrelenting. Urban View is under professional management but staff were not courteous or helpful during checkout. Check in was pleasant, but staff did not allow early check in. Although I was told early check in was not an option, I did not get a 30-minute extension of my checkout when I requested it. Cleaning person came promptly at 10.59 AM. I wouldn't recommend this to a friend. Much better options at the same price.

Great location - extremely responsive staff

Was staying in town for a work event and this place was across the street. Awesome views, close to a lot of things and excellent setup with everything you need for a “home away from home”.

The pictures of the kitchen and livingroom was not from the apartement we got. The pictures shown were a very big reason why we choose that accommodation. The apartemnt we got wasn't worth that much money. There where no coffeemaker as promised and the legs on the kitchen table where loose it almost fell apart. The location was perfect, cloose to London bridge station and the Metro and shops to buy food.
