I did not like this property at all. There was nothing about this property that was Good except, that Mona, the receptionist was kind and caring. I would NEVER stay there again.

Room was small and dated but clean. Bed was rather lumpy. Requested room was serviced which we didn’t realise was even an option, but not done, although upon taking the dirty crockery to reception we did receive clean cups and replacement tea, milk sachets etc. Good points were that it was a quiet area, centrally located and we could walk to many sights and get to Victoria station easily. Overall this was a budget hotel and our stay was as expected.

In London plenty of shops and options in victoria. Room was small but perfect for a night or two stay, great central location. Room was clean, air con was very effective and area was quiet eventually with windows open. Bed was comfortable. Service was fantastic.

The room was extremely cramped for just 2 people with minimal luggage. The room smelled like humid mold. Do not stay here if you want a comfortable stay.

Rooms are small but for a solo traveller just perfect. Near 2 tube stations and also grocery stores and many restaurants. Staff at front desk were very nice.

The space was small but worked well. Until the night when we found a bed bug in the bed. We didn’t think it was until we ended up squishing it and blood got on the bedsheet. We quickly took photos and searched the room for more. When reported to staff they refused to switch us rooms, brought us a new bedsheet and called it a day. Staff handled the situation so extremely poorly. No one spoke to us from higher up and no refunds of any kind were issued. The location is great, but is it worth the risk of bedbugs and service that treats you less than?

The hotel is honestly overall ok. Although, not very family friendly, more suited for couples or singles just staying a night or two. The room was actually pretty small, way smaller than expected, and even if they had given us a crib (which they didn’t, even though we asked for it when booking), there wouldn’t have been space to put it anyway. Cleanliness was just okay, the carpet felt dirty and there was dust in the bathroom. Overall not terrible, but definitely not the best choice for traveling with kids.

We loved this property. Our room was very comfortable, they let us check in early and the room was very quiet. The shower had excellent pressure and temperature. However: the pillows are too flat. They are so flat, they almost did not exist. I would recommend this hotel to anyone but just know, you might need to use your sweater as a pillow.
