It's cheap and cheerful, ok for the most part

Most things were clean, bedding bathroom etc though everything was worn. The mattress was dipped, everything could do with a paint, there was multiple moths too so keep your cases/bags closed. It was strange they aren't huge rooms to have so many. Bathroom has been cleaned and bedding was clean, most other things too. But the remote didn't look like it had been, the floor didn't look like it had been vacummed in a while so I always kept my shoes on. But I didn't feel at risk in there, and you didn't really hear the other guests. Not sure on fire safety with some doors always open

There were multiple issues in regards to cleanliness, my first room had hairs that were not mine on the bedsheets, hairs and dirt all over the floors as if they hadn’t been vacuumed in years, and the 2nd room I got moved to was breaking down (bathroom handle broke off upon grabbing it, window floors have been used and abused, and towels are fairly dirty. The staff were nice and helpful however they adhered to they’re non refund policy even when the condition of the room is not as advertised which should be a typical refund policy.

The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly., welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.They went above and beyond to accommodate our request, which made a big difference in our experience. Excellent customer service like this truly sets a place apart. Highly recommended!

In general it was a good stay at the hotel, well located hotel, clean and comfortable room, things to improve, the reception is very cold and uncooperative, they have a terrace that only the hotel staff can use and lastly, when checking out and one has to wait for someone to pick you up to go to the airport, the hotel does not have toilet service for passengers who are in transit.

When we arrived the shower and sink were not draining, initially the staff didn't appear to appreciate the importance of the issue but it was actually resolved within a few hours. I think it was just a communication gap that caused me some unnecessary frustration. This was quickly resolved and all else was good. I stayed here for 1 full week as part of my visit to London for the marathon, the location is not centric but easily and quickly accessible to all the sights. Great value, no thrills.

Enjoyed staying in Pimlico close to the river Thames. Relatively Close to London Victoria station. Plenty of good eating places nearby. Bathroom worked well. Bed was comfortable. Room was rather small (typical London) so made it a little squishy with 2 large bags. Staff were helpful and friendly. Had an outside paved area for the staff that, with some careful design, would be a good area for guests to relax in the warmer months.
