When I tried to check in, they had relocated to somewhere really far from central as a result of the failure of the air conditioner, and they kept me waiting for almost 4 hours to find another solution, very bad behavior from the staff and so unprofessional.

The hotel was nice and staff was great and location was great. Hotel was very clean. Walking distance to transit, shopping, and restaurants. Good selection for breakfast however, the room we were in was extremely small. No sitting area. There was only enough room to walk around the bed. Overall, it was very nice. Room had safe and fridge as well.

voco London Marylebone was a great place to stay during my trip to London. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The breakfast deserves a full 5 stars—delicious, fresh, and with plenty of options. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

We just left after a week at Voco on our first trip to Europe, and I knew right from check in that we'd enjoy our stay, and it didn't disappoint! The staff were so friendly... one member even hugged us when we left! I had seen comments that people said the rooms were small and could only access the bed on one side. This was not our experience at all. Yes, certainly more compact than North American rooms, but we had plenty of room and our bed was high enough to store our suitcases underneath which was a real plus. The rooms and spaces were very clean and modern. With a bus stop in front of the door, and the Edgeware Rd station just across the street on the other side of the small block, it was ideal for getting everywhere we wanted to go. I would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend to any of our friends and family to do the same!
