Fabulous location.

Apartments in an excellent location. Able to walk to most of London’s sights. Spotlessly clean. Very well equipped. Staff very helpful. The only issue is the bed is in an alcove and you have to climb on to the bed from the end.

Gave Aparthotels by Wilde a try for a change over my regular london hotel and was rather displeased by the service the team gave and the lack of assistance. The room was rather cramped and cold despite setting the temperature to a warm heat and the bathroom (if you call it that) was not clean at all. The hotel decor is very bland. Will not be staying here again!

Staff were fantastic, very helpful and welcoming. Superior room was very nice felt it was a bit of style over substance - lack of plugs near a mirror, very poor lighting. A tea towel and a couple of dishwasher tablets would be useful too. Great location though and we had a lovely weekend. Thank you.

Have a wonderful 7days stay at the hotel. Situated at a quiet street, clean and modern. Very convenient, walkable distance to Covent Garden, Lecister Square and few underground stations. Many cafes, rstaurants and theatres nearby. Highly recommend. Will stay again when return London again.

Modern and quirky

My husband and I loved the design. It was clever how the room was designed with such good use of space. We had such a great night sleep as the room was so quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant, we had a lovely welcome. We are looking forward to staying again!

Small small small !!!

The room is quiet small I read alot of good reviews about the location, but unfortunately extremely disappointing , hard to move , no place to stand - and in that price not worthy at all . It is not Europe small it is smaller !!! The bathroom is bad , and ofcourse every time i needed a towel i had to ask for it .

Clean and convenient but disturbed sleep.

Lovely room. Good location. Unfortunately there was a smoke alarm battery issue or something as there was a constant beeping in the room throughout the night so not much sleep was had. Did try and get someone to look at it at midnight but the app didn’t respond until 1am by which time I couldn’t face dealing with it. Nothing offered other than an apology.

First and foremost, we would like to thank the staff of the Wilde for making our first time in London one to remember. We were very nervous about finding the right place to stay and we would not change our choice of being with the Wilde if given one million chances. What did we like? 1. Communication between us and the staff was seamless. They have a WhatsApp set up which made making requests so easy and not a single request went unanswered or unfulfilled. 2. We arrived early, about two hours before check in and were given our room right away. 3. The room was stunning and exactly as advertised. Very clean, spacious, with a great view through the floor to ceiling windows. For snacks, we had a wide selection. Drinks included waters, sodas, teas, and espressos which were restocked with a moments notice. Given that this was an apartment hotel, we had a mini kitchen but it was all one would need. Fridge, stove, microwave, and even a dishwasher. 4. The area was clean, safe, and very convenient for those looking to hit all of the major attractions. Very walkable. A driver is not needed to get across town, but all Ubers were able to find the hotel very easily if one didn’t want to walk. 5. The property offered so many complimentary items. Free umbrellas were staged at the entrance in case of rain. Complimentary alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages were placed out, fresh, every evening. Staff were order the elevator for guests and were polite at each and every interaction.
