The location is great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and kitchenette is well stocked. The rooms are very compact and not suitable for over 60 demographics, as the bed is very high and you can not walk around the bed. The floor in the shower stall is very slippery.

They put my group of six in three separate rooms in handicap rooms. I had not requested handicap rooms but they put us all in handicap rooms. If you use a third party like Expedia for booking they put you in the least desirable rooms and of course then tell you they are booked solid and you can’t change. The photos for booking on Expedia showed rooms with two queen beds. The actual rooms had one queen and then a twin bed that folds out from a chair. They blame you and the third party booker (Expedia) and then play it off as that you must talk to Expedia it’s not our fault. Of course you are stuck then with what they give you. I will always call the actual location from now on to verify room details and then cancel if Expedia has misrepresented the roonms. Very poor service.

I stayed at Wilde Aparthotels London Covent Garden from May 8–13 with my brother. While the staff was friendly and professional, our room was disappointingly unclean—dusty with visible hair from previous guests on the furniture. The situation became worse when we discovered an insect crawling on the bed. We believe it was a carpet beetle but can’t be sure. We alerted the front desk, who were apologetic and offered to refresh the room. However, only the bed was addressed, and the rest of the room remained untouched. I appreciate the kind staff, but overall, the experience was far from ideal.

Fabulous location.

Apartments in an excellent location. Able to walk to most of London’s sights. Spotlessly clean. Very well equipped. Staff very helpful. The only issue is the bed is in an alcove and you have to climb on to the bed from the end.

Gave Aparthotels by Wilde a try for a change over my regular london hotel and was rather displeased by the service the team gave and the lack of assistance. The room was rather cramped and cold despite setting the temperature to a warm heat and the bathroom (if you call it that) was not clean at all. The hotel decor is very bland. Will not be staying here again!

Staff were fantastic, very helpful and welcoming. Superior room was very nice felt it was a bit of style over substance - lack of plugs near a mirror, very poor lighting. A tea towel and a couple of dishwasher tablets would be useful too. Great location though and we had a lovely weekend. Thank you.
