Haluamme mielellämme jakaa kanssamme yksityisen lomamme, joka sijaitsee ”The Estates” Emerald Lakesissa. Se sijaitsee melkein 3 hehtaarilla, vain 90 mailin päässä Philadelphiasta ja Manhattanista.
Kodin päivitettyihin mukavuuksiin kuuluvat laadukkaat patjat, 1–70 ”televisio sekä 5–50–65 tuuman televisio premium-kanavilla ja Wi-Fi. Keittiömme on täysin varusteltu, jotta mahtuu helposti 24 vierasta. Tarjoamme mitä haluamme matkustellessamme.
Pelihuoneessa on biljardipöytä, pingispöytä, foosball, ilmakiekko ja pokeripöytä. Nauti suuresta kannasta, jossa on 2 patio-ruokasarjaa, huvimaja, jossa on lisäpaikkoja ulkona ja palokammio. Ulkopelit, sulkapallo, maissireiän heittäminen ja tikkaapallot ja hevoskenkä. Yksityinen kiinteistömme on kauniisti maisemoitu ja siellä on rauhallinen lampi vesiputous.
Yhteisön palvelut:
• Veneily ja kalastus - Taloa ympäröi 6 järveä, ja järvistä löytyy monen tyyppisiä kaloja, kuten pikariini, karppi, bluegill, crappie ja panfish. Kuitenkin suosituin on basso. Järvet varustetaan vuosittain bassoilla, ja ne ovat vain saalis ja vapautus. Kaikkien on hankittava asianmukainen Pennsylvanian osavaltion lisenssi järvien kalastukseen. Voidaan ostaa lähellä olevasta Walmartista.
• Pääranta - Tämä ranta-alue sijaitsee East Emerald Lake -järvellä Sage Road -kadulla (muutaman minuutin päässä talosta). Löydät hoidettua ranta-aluetta, jossa on uimaton järvi. Laitos sisältää myös wc-rakennuksen, lasten leikkirakenteen, piknikpöytät ja venetelineet, joissa on laukaisualue.

Best 70th birthday celebration!

Honestly, this was the most perfect house to celebrate my father’s 70th birthday! We had adults and kids ranging from 1.5 years old to 70 and everyone found something they loved about the house. There was nothing Olga did not think about and it made traveling with youngsters easy to have all we need right at our finger tips. I highly suggest staying here!!!

Wonderful Stay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The pictures and description do not do this house justice. It was beautiful and very spacious! The house was very accommodating for a large group. Our small children very much enjoyed the property in the snow but I’m sure it’s even better with warmer weather. We would love to return!

Best Family Ski Trip

This was the perfect house for our 4 family ski trip:8 adults and all 7 of our grandchildren. The kids had the best time in the game room -all of them young and older. The hot tub was a welcomed respite after a day of skiing. The bedroom setups were perfect for all of us. If we ever head back up to Camelback to ski we will return to this home.

Amazing house

The house was just like the pictures. There was so much for the kids to do. Inside and outside the kids had a blast. The house was nice and spacious for people doing different things. Everything worked we did have to contact someone once they answered right away and helped us instantly. Highly recommend will definitely be back!

Family Gathering in Long Pond

This was the second year in a row that we stayed here. The house is perfect for our family of 14! Plenty of room for everyone...ages 8 1/2 months to 86 years! The house is spacious and has everything we need to have a wonderful weekend! It's clean and ready for us when we get there. It has toys, games, large-screen Smart televisions, pool table, and a brand new hot tub! We enjoyed watching the deer family in the backyard greet us every morning and evening! We made a fire in the fire pit and made s'mores! The property owners, Olga and Karl, are wonderful to communicate with and are always just a phone call/text away if any questions. We would highly recommend this lovely vacation home for a family gathering!

Long Pond Visit

Our stay at this home was wonderful! Our family of 8 adults and 5 children (ages 11 months to 13 years) had a great time with all the amenities supplied at this house! There were so many toys (ride on cars, play house, frisbees, scooter) for the kidlets, as well as "toys" for the adults (corn hole, horseshoes, air hockey, pool table, ping pong table, card table). The house was clean, neat and ready for company when we arrived. All information needed was furnished! We will definitely go back again for another fun-filled long weekend! :)

Perfect house for us

Everything was great. Our family of 10 only wished we had more time to enjoy the house and the outdoor activities. Especially enjoyed the lake and the canoes. The house is huge with great sleeping options and a well equipped kitchen. Instructions were clear and Olga responds quickly to any questions you might have. Would recommend this house without any reservations.

Lovely spot and great house for a family stay

We had a family gathering here of folks from age 2-84. The house was spacious, and well equipped, and in great condition. Love the high ceilings in the living room. The host was extremely kind and responsive, which we really appreciated! The gameroom was fun, as was the hot tub, and the outdoor deck was great for hanging out. We cooked many big family meals and had lots of space for hanging out together. The area has nice lakes and hiking- great for outdoor activities in particular. The development where the house is located was great for taking strolls. There is lots of wildlife around. Just a note on accessibility in case anyone is traveling with a person with serious disabilities and mobility issues, I would note the house is workable but not necessarily ADA compliant and might have a couple challenging spots. Olga was very good about sending notes and even photos when we asked about various issues, and even added an extra ramp while we there (thank you!!). There are ramps to get in the front door, and the Master bedroom on main floor with connected bathroom; kitchen and dining room directly connected. There's a 6 inch step to get to the sunken living room on main floor (there is a portable ramp you can move around from the front door) and another step to get outside to main deck. There is only one shower that is not in a bathtub, and it has a 6 inch step up. It's also slippery when you get in- it would help to have grab bars. Overall great place!

Fantastic house for mixed groups

Our 10ish person group had an amazing time at this property. The house is very large, with a huge basement with giant game room which was fun for all. The kids (14, 13, 12, 11) had a big bedroom to themselves on that floor and we couldn't hear them at all! Everything was perfectly clean, kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfy. Would stay again without hesitation!

Great spot for a family reunion

We stayed here with a large group, ages 4 to 86. The house was perfect for us. The mix and locations of bedrooms was very comfortable for us and worked well. Several of us cooked together in the well-laid out kitchen and the whole large group could eat at the massive dining table. The game room was amazing - at one point every one of us were playing something. We didn’t take advantage of the outside space but appreciated the serene surroundings, the deer that hung out in the yard the whole time, and feeding the fish in the koi pond. Our 4yo enjoyed all the outdoor toys. The hosts were super responsive. Overall a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

Family vacation

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The online pictures don’t do it justice. Our family stayed here for our sons wedding and the house was perfect in every way. Olga was great to deal with and answered questions quickly. I need another reason to rent this house!
