This cosy apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained holiday home in Lopar – just 50 metres from the fine sandy beach. Thanks to its ideal location in the first row by the sea, guests can enjoy relaxed days between sun, sea and Mediterranean tranquillity. The holiday apartment is perfectly suited for couples or families with small children who equally appreciate peace and proximity to the beach.
The modern equipped accommodation offers a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a bright living and dining area with a sofa bed. The open kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, and kettle – ideal for self-catering during the holiday. An air conditioning system ensures pleasant temperatures in every season (note: usage may incur additional costs). Wi-Fi and satellite TV are available free of charge.
From the furnished, covered balcony, you can enjoy the partial view of the sea and the well-maintained garden of the house - perfect for breakfast outdoors or mild summer evenings. A private parking space is available directly at the house.
