Please note that there is no air conditioning, but a fan is provided. The room is compact at 20 square metres but functionally designed.

House guests will certainly appreciate the outdoor area with its spacious garden including sun loungers, numerous benches and dining tables, a children's playground, and shady spots. The centre of Lopar is approximately 200m away. Similarly, all interesting tourist facilities such as banks, restaurants, leisure facilities, and of course the famous 1.5 km long and up to 50m wide, slightly curved Paradise Beach (sandy beach) are nearby. A special feature in Lopar is the free WiFi internet access in the town centre, which all laptop owners can use without restrictions.
