Tästä oivallisesta valtameren rannasta sijaitsevasta kodista on laajat näkymät San Juanin saarelle, majoitusta jopa 10 hengelle, kodikkaita mukavuuksia ja lomapaikkaa, jota et koskaan unohda. Kanavatalona tunnettu aurinkoisella Westside-rantakodilla on 315 jalkaa rantaaluetta ja 5 hehtaaria metsäisiä korkeuksia. Siinä on 4 makuuhuonetta, 3 kylpyhuonetta, 2 olohuonetta, 3 kaasuliesi, 1 puuhella ja baarialue, jossa on tikkataulu. Se on ihanteellinen lapsiperheille tai useille perheille. Pariskunnat arvostavat myös tämän idyllisen pakopaikan tarjoamia yksityisyyttä ja erityisiä mukavuuksia.

Saapuessasi Kanavataloon olet tervetullut heti baarialueelle, jossa vieraat kokoontuvat satunnaisiin iltoihin pelaamalla tikanheittoa ja lukemalla päivän aktiviteetteja. Tämä aukeaa ruokailutilaan ja keittiöön läheisellä lukemanurkkauksella, joista kaikista on upeat näkymät kanavalle. Aulan alapuolella keittiöstä ohitat ensimmäisen makuuhuoneen, joka tunnetaan Bunkhouse-huoneessa. Se nukkuu neljässä 2 kerrossängyssä ja on täydellinen piilopaikka lapsille ja teini-ikäisille. Bunkhousella on oma televisio ja talossa on valtava videokirjasto. Wi-Fi ja satelliitti-tv ovat saatavilla myös koko talossa.

Aulan alapuolella on ensimmäinen olohuone, jossa on laaja valikoima kirjoja, jotka sopivat kaikkien tarpeisiin, viihtyisä kaasuliesi ja näkymät mäntyjen kautta etäisyydellä olevalle San Juan -saarelle. Tämä on täydellinen tila ylelliselle queen-size-patjalle, joka on saatavana pyynnöstä. Kaksi täyttä, kauniisti varustettua kylpyhuonetta sijaitsevat tämän huoneen vieressä, ja niissä molemmissa on runsaasti kuohuvia puuvillapyyhkeitä.

Tämän olohuoneen takana, yksityisellä käytävällä, on kaksi ylimääräistä makuuhuonetta. Yhdessä on king-size-vuode ja toisessa queen-size-vuode. Molemmissa on runsaasti kaappitilaa ja laatikkotilaa. Seuraa portaita yläkerrassa yksinäiseen, king-size-sänkyyn, jossa on oma olohuone, toimisto, romanttinen kaasuliesi ja 2 katettua parveketta nauttiaksesi upeista näkymistä. Kylpyhuoneessa on kaksoisallas ja täysi kylpyamme / suihku.

Tämän talon mukavuudet ulottuvat sisätilojen ulkopuolelle sen ympäröivään kannelle ja 6 hengen spa-alueelle. Juuri kannen ohi yksityinen ranta odottaa alla, josta kerätään merilasi, kuoret ja muut aarteet.

This property has everything you could ask for: a beautiful house, a killer view, private beach access, comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a hot tub under-the-star with an outdoor shower. Our family had a wonderful time and made some great memories! We had an issue with the oven which the owner responded to timely and resolved to our complete satisfaction. We hope to stay here again!

We had the best time on Lopez this year at the Channel house. It was spacious, had a well stocked kitchen (although the oven was malfunctioning), gorgeous sunsets, nice but steep path to the beach and a great hot tub and outdoor shower! Our property manager, Francisco, was lovely and very helpful!

We loved our stay! What an amazing place that really has everything and more! We really appreciated the "TEA" sign and car license USA map, and many more pictures, darts, kitchen area, beach, outside shower and hot tub to list a couple favorites! Francisco greeted us warmly and gave us an excellent tour! I hope to return for a more relaxing weekend as this visit was for my son's wedding that took place on a friend's property. James, who was married owns a tea company and the wedding colors were blue as was the "TEA" sign! Amazing coincidence! We almost burst into tears. What a cool house! So much to look at inside and out! The views from the master are incredible. The bed was so comfortable as well. The other bedrooms were great. The kitchen is very well equipped. We walked dow the stairs to the beach below. Wish we knew about the hot tub. We had a wonderful stay! Perfect location close to the Islander, the Galley restaurant and the village.

Lovely home

We rented this house for a family gathering. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their own area. The house was beautiful, well appointed, and private. We really enjoyed the deck, the outside shower, and the amazing view. My dog loved her long walks on the beach. We would definitely return to this house in the future.

Wonderful Stay in Lopez Island

My family visited for a mini-reunion. The house was spacious and perfect location for a relaxing and peaceful trip. Francisco, the property manager, was super helpful and greeted us upon arrival from the Ferry. The San Juan Islands are magical and we cant wait to come back.

Fantastic Family Vacation Experience

Our family of six adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful yet cozy home. There was ample space for all of us to gather, as well as lots of nooks to be alone if wanted. The view is spectacular. We spent a lot of time down on the private beach, which was long enough for extended walks. We only saw a couple other people during our week stay. The steps are steep, but the only one that had an issue was our older Shepherd with hip dysplasia. We brought a full body harness/carrier that made the trips up and down quite doable with our help. I would suggest checking the ferry schedule updates. Our ferry was cancelled, and we had to do a mad dash out to catch the earlier ferry. We were the last cars on that ferry!! I would highly recommend The Channel House, and I'm sure we'll be staying again.

The location is very picturesque and tranquil. Sitting on the deck in the evening is amazing. The property is well maintained, including kitchen appliances and dishes. The best maintained property that we’ve experienced on Lopez.

Wonderful family time on Lopez

The home was spacious and comfortable for our family group. The view from the house and the large deck is spectacular. The long stairway down to the secluded beach is well worth the effort. We enjoyed cooking family dinners in the well equipped kitchen. We also appreciated the interesting decor. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks for sharing your place.

Amazing house with one of the best views

We had a wonderful week staying on Lopez. The house is beautiful with lots of room and different spaces. The beds are nice and comfortable. Beautiful deck, great hot tub, amazing views especially sunset! The beach is so nice and private. There are stairs down to the beach, so it’s a bit of a trip back up, but worth it! Lovely property. We had a great stay!

The property and home are even better than the pictures, if that’s possible. The communication with the management team and the check in process were the best I’ve ever experienced with a VRBO property. We truly felt at home here - it takes an effort to get there - pay attention to the ferry schedule! - but it that just made Channel House seem like more of a hidden gem.

Relaxing Vacation

Our extended family of ten enjoyed staying at the Channel house. Francisco, the house manager, met us at the house initially, giving us the house tour and answered all of our questions. When we had a caffeine emergency, coffee pot malfunction the first morning, he replaced the coffee pot quickly. The views of the Channel and the San Juan Island were spectacular. The homes open dining area and kitchen were great for communal cooking and eating meals together. We used the deck lots for outdoor dining. Our kids ages 6,5,4 and 3 loved the Bunkhouse, both parent couples bedrooms were close by down a private hallway. The upstairs master suite was a great getaway when the grandparents needed alone time. As you can imagine with 4 young children we used the king sized washer and dryer. The piano playing member of our family enjoyed the piano on the property. Most nights ,after the kids were tucked in bed for the night, we spent soaking in the spa, sipping cocktails and watching the sunset. The kids played outside on the deck and side yard. We were down at the private beach most days, rented kayaks and bikes nearby at Fishermans Bay. Went to the Farmers Market which was lots of fun. We created lots of lasting memories for everyone at Channel house.
