You’ll be in relaxation mode the minute you arrive at The Home & Garden Wine Country Retreat. This adorable home with an exquisite fenced in yard with pool, vineyard, fruit trees and mountain views, is perfectly set up for families with small kids. It's professionally managed and cared for but with all the little details you need to actually relax with little ones (fenced pool, high chair, crib, black out shades, tub, toys, books, and much more...). PLEASE NOTE: There is a quiet, long-term tenant/caretaker on site who lives above part of the garage, but no shared entrance and no shared walls.

The three bedroom/two full bathroom allows for plenty of room for the whole family to spread out, yet also plenty of activities to bring everyone together. You can unwind relaxing poolside while the kids swim in the heated pool, play in the lush grass lawn, swing on the tree swing, or stroll the whole family into town (just a 12 min walk away) to enjoy one of the many renowned restaurants, tasting rooms and bakeries in the area. Hint: there are a couple tasting rooms with big outdoor areas, perfect to go with kids.

When you're ready to venture out, there are endless options in the surrounding wine country, visit some of our favorite vineyards and farms or golf at one of the many pristine golf courses in the valley.

A few of the other perks in this ideal home are a chefs kitchen, additional Smart TV's in the Primary and Guest bedroom, separate desk/working space in the guest bedroom, and a bike/weights/yoga workout area in the garage.

This is a place where you can truly relax with the kids while away. Ideal for extended 31+ day stays!

THE SPACE

This 3BR/2BA getaway in the Santa Barbara wine country offers an idyllic country retreat complete with a fenced pool oasis, outdoor dining, gas grill and fruit trees. Central air-conditioning and heating promise year-round comfort.

Take a short walk to the nearby boutiques and antique shops -- a hidden gem, Los Alamos is a foodie paradise with some of the best restaurants and tasting rooms the Valley has to offer in a 4-block stretch. You’re also just 9 miles from Los Olivos.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is ideal for families. PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED.


LIVING AREA

The welcoming open living room features a SmartTV, comfortable furniture, french doors that open to the back yard.

KITCHEN & DINING

The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with state of the art appliances – including an eight burner Italian gas range, double oven, a roomy French-door fridge, and fully stocked coffee station (stocked with coffee & tea)

Gather at the breakfast table and enjoy the views out back or serve a delicious meal in the separate dining room off the kitchen (there's even a kids table and chairs for the little ones to eat or do crafts).


BED & BATH

This home sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms.

The primary suite features a king bed, armoire, dresser, and french doors to the back yard, black out shades and curtains and a SmartTV. The en-suite bathroom is appointed with a walk-in shower, jet tub, and double sink.

The second guest room has a queen bed, office desk, closet, SmartTV, and black out curtains. With access to the full guest bath in the hallway.

The third guest room has a twin bed with separate trundle, a crib and pack-n-play available for set up, black out shades, kids books & toys, and access to the full guest bath in the hallway.



OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The private backyard includes lounge chairs, seating areas, and alfresco dining space for 6. The kidney shaped heated pool has fence that can be up for your arrival or taken down if you don't need the safety feature for kids. All-around fencing and tall trees provide added privacy. The fruit trees, rows of grape vines and views of the mountains make this a breathtaking country escape.

Fire up the gas grill and enjoy a bbq. Or try out the traditional Santa Maria bbq for a memorable meal.

For a quick run into town there is a cruiser bike you can use at your own risk to take a quick ride into town.

Complimentary Wi-Fi, books, and a washer/dryer are provided along with keyless locks, a Nest thermostat system and Google nest protect hardwired smoke/CO2 alarms. Driveway parking is available for one car but there is plenty of street parking right in front of the house.

This single-story home is accessed via one step at the entryway.
