This gorgeous, cozy home is a perfect private family location for relaxation and beach-side living as it offers ample living space, a spectacular ocean scenery, plus gorgeous city views of LA and South Bay area.

This 2500 sq ft gorgeous, cozy home includes 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with enough space to fit a family of 7 comfortably. Master bedroom and upper living room directly face stunning ocean views. Very spacious deck with more elegant ocean views great for BBQ and get together with family and friends. A long driveway and a two car garage are also available

Guests have access to all the 3 levels of the home.

This home is an ideal for family vacation only. This property cannot be used for private functions, any other type of gatherings or social activities that could breach the city code of violations of Palos Verdes Estate.
