When I booked , it said breakfast included . But when I checked in , I was told breakfast is not included. I never heard this in other hotels. It is cheating. Also, they charged me $12 for parking which was not mentioned while booking. Total cheating . Would never stay in Best Western again.

Staff was crazy rude and area is in the hood. No chargers for wlectric cars and they charge $12 tax for parking in a crap hole. They would not budge on there non displayed parking charge. Avoid this place.
