The property environment did not feel safe or clean. Felt like a hotel that rents by the hour! Many questionable characters walking around the property drinking and smoking things. I called hotels.com to convey that I do not feel safe or comfortable staying at this property. The Agent contacted the hotel manager to cancel my reservation. The manager refused to honor me or the agent of hotels.com. I did not stay at the property, returned my room key, showed them photos that I had not touched a thing in the room. They Still charged me for parking and one night stay. A horrible experience altogether. Luckily I was able to book another room for the night at Home2 by Hilton.

The room had a door with a pretty significant gap in which we could see outside. The safe was broken. The shower had horrible water pressure. There was an adjoining room that we did not want, the door had a gap at the bottom in which anyone could look under, we had to block it with luggage. Not comfortable at all. People who checked in next to us were extremely loud I could hear their phone ringing at 2 am and then their entire Conversation. Banging doors.

Checking in was quick and pretty straight to the point. Overall the room and accommodations were good. The rooms was modern and comfy. The bed was comfortable and I liked the feature of 2 sinks in the standard room that was booked. All else in the room worked as it should have. Noise levels were at a minimum with decent insulated windows and rooms. I was surprised by three facts: 1) the room didn't have a microwave and nor is there one in the check-in lobby. 2) they charge for parking as a guest, kinda unusual for the area. 3) no, breakfast served of any type, not even continental at this location. There is a breakfast chain restaurant within feet of the check-in lobby and parking lot, but again, kinda unusual for the area. The room and comfort I would give a 7 out of 10. The amenities & convenience would be a 5 out of 10
