Nice new property. Staff were generally nice and helpful. Did not like the guy at the reception who checked us out of the hotel early in the morning. Kept staying “just as long as you did not damage my room then we are good.” Thinks he was trying to be funny but made it feel uncomfortable and accusatory from a customer perspective. Overall, we liked the newness, cleanliness of the hotel and the proximity to the airport. The street noise was kind of loud from the 3rd floor. But would stay there again.

Not sure who really bears the weight of this terrible rating. Don't know whether to blame @Expedia or @ChoiceHotels. I booked the Cambria in Burbank because it was new (and, thus, likely to be clean) and close to the airport. I booked a suite through @Expedia because it had been a very long, stressful week and I wanted to spread out and get myself organized. Got to hotel and was told by the front desk that no suites were available but they'd give me $100 at the restaurant...which I couldn't use because I had business meetings. But, I took the regular room they gave me because I was about to drop. Paid $500 for a $200 room. Expedia has offered me $75 in rewards. Last time I'll use Expedia. Last time I'll stay at Choice Hotels.

The rooms are gorgeous and clean. Access to Metrolink is across the street making it easy to get around. Meals are good at the restaurant Girl working at the front desk was not helpful. She didn’t like that we interrupted her on her phone. Lots of garbage and glasses left outside from previous night.
