The Space:

Enter your private retreat through a dedicated driveway entrance, ensuring a quiet and secure stay. This single-story guesthouse has been thoughtfully updated to create a clean and comfortable environment—a cozy space perfect for unwinding after a day of Los Angeles sightseeing.



The main living area is cleverly designed for both relaxation and sleep. During the day, it serves as a comfortable living room with a smart TV for your entertainment. At night, a full-size Murphy bed easily folds down to create your sleeping space. A window A/C unit and portable heaters are provided so you can set the perfect temperature any time of year.



Adjacent to the living space, a small kitchen is equipped for preparing light meals and snacks. You'll find a dining spot for two, perfect for a quiet breakfast before you head out. The guesthouse also includes a clean, full bathroom with everything you need to freshen up.



The Neighborhood:

Your guesthouse is located in a quiet, residential pocket of the central Pico-Robertson neighborhood. This prime location puts you within a short drive of LA's most famous districts and attractions.



You are just a 5-10 minute drive from the luxury shopping of Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive, and the major offices and mall in Century City. World-class museums, including the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) and the La Brea Tar Pits, are also about 10 minutes away.



For daily needs and local flavor, the neighborhood itself offers a wide array of restaurants, cafes, and markets along Pico Boulevard. While the immediate area is peaceful, you have quick access to the energy of the city, with hotspots like West Hollywood and The Grove just a short car ride away.

This back house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We kindly ask all guests to respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours.

Please note: this is not a luxury property, but it is a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully updated space.

Pets are not allowed due to allergy concerns.

Entry is through a private driveway for added convenience and privacy.



For guest safety, exterior security cameras are installed to monitor entryways and common areas only.



Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval will incur a $100 fee per additional hour.



We kindly ask all guests to complete a short check-in form before arrival. Once submitted, we’ll send over your check-in instructions. The form will request each guest’s contact info, and a valid ID with a quick selfie. This simple step helps ensure that only registered guests are staying at the property. Your information will always remain private and confidential..

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to require a fully refundable security deposit prior to check in.
