They advertise that they have coffee makers in the room but they actually don't. They took away body wash and shampoo in the rooms to cut corners on cost. Toilet was broke this visit. Last visit the TV service didn't work for 5 days. Prior to that visit I had a room with an air conditioning problem and prior to that visit the place had an issue with some very unruly gypsy guest harassing guest. This place used to be nice but is going down hill quickly.

Refused to refund with bloody bed sheets in both of the beds. No shower shampoo, no conditioner, tissue box is empty! It’s a scam don’t come! Reporting it to heath department!

In room phone was broken, couldnt call down to the front desk. Wire for heater qas wrapped around the desk chaor leg, which made the face of the heater pop off when turning on and off. We fixed that. LAUNDRY room no linger in service!! Ad still boats about laundry room on-site. I am visiting from another state and wanted a hotel with laundry so i could do 1 load during our 4-nite stay. Towels need to be upgraded. Housekeepers only stock towels for 1 guest.
