Upstairs, you’ll find four spacious bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms each feature a queen-sized bed and a TV, and they share a bathroom. The third upstairs bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a TV, and a private ensuite bathroom. The fourth bedroom, the master suite, offers a king-sized bed, a TV, a walk-in closet, and a full private bathroom.

Downstairs, there is an additional bedroom furnished with a sofa bed, a TV, and a private ensuite bathroom. A convenient powder room is also located on the main floor.

Step outside and take a dip in the regular non-heated pool, or gather in the spacious backyard with sweeping hill views, multiple lounge chairs, and an outdoor daybed. As the evening sets in, the enchanting glow of outdoor lighting creates a magical atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a delicious barbecue in your own private oasis.

Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!
