I made a last minute reservation as I was driving from SF to LA and needed a place to refresh before getting to the airport. As I finally made it to the hotel I was informed that my reservation was dropped because I arrived after the “no show” cutoff time. It wasn’t like I made a reservation weeks before and selected to pay on premises. The reservation was made a few hours before and it was fully paid for. Also, this no show policy wasn’t mentioned anywhere when making the reservation. After a long time arguing that my fully paid reservation was abitrarily dropped I got a room that, although better than sleeping in my car, was not really what I asked for or needed.

This is my second stay here and I really enjoy this property. It is extremely easy to get to from the airport, is located across the street from inn and out and a supermarket for essentials you may have forget. The place itself is maintained so well. House keeping comes everyday! They have a good fitness center and a nice pool/outdoor area. I also think the staff is extremely kind and helpful. I’ll definitely rebook here anytime I’m in LA and for a great price too!

Location! Friendly! Clean! Comfortable!

I would definitely stay here again when traveling to this area. The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful! The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located within walking distance of several restaurants and a grocery store.

The hotel entrance was hard to find as it was in sort of an alley. Initial directions via Google Maps took me to a hotel 4 blocks away. The room had a slight musty odor. The staff was very friendly. A very nice courtyard to enjoy the outdoors.

I chose this hotel because I just needed someplace near the airport to stay before leaving for a cruise the next day. I was alone for 6 hours so wanted a place that had a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The shuttle took quite a while to pick me up from the airport, it was hard to distinguish between all of the shuttles at LAX airport. The check-in was very busy and they didnt have anybody covering the onsite restaurant. Some of the other guests were extremely rude to the hotel staff. Overall, it was ok.
