The space
The Vessel: Top-Floor Luxury Above the MarinaStep into a lifestyle of maritime elegance.
Perched on the top floor of one of Marina del Rey’s most coveted buildings, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom "land-yacht" offers a front-row seat to the West Coast’s largest small-craft harbor.
The Interior |
The Galley & QuartersDesigned with a "Coastal Chic" aesthetic, the space is flooded with natural light and refreshing ocean breezes.
Dual-Suite Views: Unlike most units, both bedrooms feature oversized windows with direct views of the masts.
Wake up to the sight of sailboats gliding out to sea.
The Main Cabin: An open-concept living area with floor-to-ceiling glass that opens onto your private waterfront balcony.
The Galley: A fully equipped chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stone countertops—perfect for "sundowner" cocktails or a full dinner.
The Essentials: Enjoy seamless connectivity with 1 Gig Fiber Wifi, 2 dedicated parking spaces, and an in-unit washer/dryer (detergent provided).
The Amenities | The Lido DeckYour stay includes access to resort-style features that rival a luxury cruise:
Pool & Jacuzzi: Head to the recreation deck to soak in the hot tub or lounge by the pool—both of which directly overlook the water.
It’s the ultimate spot for sunset watching.
Fitness Center: Full access to the high-end gym.
Top-Floor Privacy: Being on the highest level ensures quiet, unobstructed panoramas and the best vantage point in the building.

Mother’s Beach (Calm waters and paddleboarding)
The Venice Pier & Boardwalk

Whether you’re a digital nomad seeking an inspiring waterfront office or a family looking for a coastal escape, it’s time to drop anchor.
Guest access
Your Boarding Pass Includes:
Exclusive Unit Access: You have full, private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. No shared indoor spaces.
The Lido Deck: Unlimited access to the building’s resort-style pool and jacuzzi (please follow posted community hours).
Fitness Center: 7am to 10pm access to the high-end gym.
Reserved Mooring: You have 2 dedicated, tandem parking spaces in the secure on-site garage—a huge plus in Marina del Rey.
Self Check-In: Easy access with self check in instructions, allowing you to "board" at your convenience.
Other things to note
Top-Floor Advantage: As a top-floor unit, you’ll enjoy the best views and no overhead foot traffic. Please note that the balcony is a wonderful spot to watch the boats, but we ask that no items be hung over the railing to maintain the building’s "ship-shape" appearance.
Tech & Connectivity: We know staying connected is vital. The unit is equipped with 1 Gig Fiber Wifi, making it a premier choice for remote work or high-definition streaming.
Laundry: A private washer and dryer are located inside the unit. We provide complimentary starter detergent so you can refresh your wardrobe after a day at the beach.
Parking: Your booking includes two dedicated tandem parking spaces in a controlled-access garage. This is a significant perk as street parking in the Marina can be challenging.
Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors and the peaceful maritime atmosphere, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Coastal Environment: You are in a waterfront environment; enjoy the salt air and the sound of the rigging! We recommend keeping the screen doors closed when the AC isn't running to enjoy the breeze without the local seagulls getting too curious.
