The room was very clean but the furniture needs updating. I didn’t realize I would have to climb three flights to get to my room (externally) or I’d be so close to the LA metro. Staff was polite and friendly but I never knew if there was an elevator as I didn’t see one on the map.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Not only was the desk staff very professional and friendly, but every employee we interfaced with was the same. Our room was immaculate, and the two bedrooms was perfect for us. We will definitely stay there in the future. Our grand daughters loved the pool
