We requested room 307 and were told that was the room we would have. This was an accessible room with bathtub. When we arrived room 307 had been given to another guest. We were put in room 433. A much smaller room than room 307. We inquired the next day and were told all the rooms were the same size. Since we had stayed in two rooms that were larger like 307. We knew that wasn’t true. Everyday we inquired hoping to get our requested room. We were stuck in a much smaller room. As I am handicapped with a walker, scooter and cane. I needed a larger room. Sam the manager had promised us room 307 which we never got. It added to my stress level markedly. Never received an explanation.

Breakfast had a variety of items, although the dining area was too small and crowded. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. We bought a commercial truck and needed an extra space for parking, they were supportive. Conveniently located close to freeways 405 and 101. About a 15 minute to Universal Studios and 30 minutes from downtown LA. The only problem is the noise level, you need ear plugs others you can’t sleep. Cleaning people were friendly.

First of all the property restaurant was closed due to renovation and the whole lobby is all messed up due to renovation. You will be greeted by an ultra rude manager who will not listen or understand you. After all the unexpected unpleasant check in we went to the room to find out that our shower is broken . The person tried to help for almost an hour but it was still not working. My child went to sleep an hour later than supposed to due to all the unfortunate things and we flee the place as soon as we got up in the morning. Don't recommend!

The area wasn't so good but the hotel was safe and the staff were great. The staff were very accommodating because we had 2 dogs and made us feel very welcome. The security was great when we walked out dog at 2:30 am in the morning.
