The property/rooms smelled and felt unclean There were number of problems with water - pressure,leaks,etc It was obvious pets were allowed and that was not a good thing. Inconsistent behaviour from staff as well

We checked in and given a room on the 1st floor near elevators. It kept us up. So much noise and unable to sleep. Also we were given a room with handicap access for shower. The bathroom was a mess and we had to put towels all over the floor.

Hotels.com needs to update room features

Originally got the room with the details claiming a ā€œprivate hot tub ā€œ was a part of the room ,without checking hiltons actual website i booked the room expecting a spa tub/jacuzzi . To my surprise when i arrived at the front desk i got corrected by the front desk person that Hilton gardens locations ā€œdont do those kind of rooms.ā€ Afterwards I check the Hiltonā€™s Garden website and found none of their rooms contained a tub/jacuzzi. The front desk lady apologized for the miss information to which I accepted and went upon my stay. The room was neat with soda caps under the bed and stains on the mattress itself but otherwise clean bathroom and closet.
