Reason for 2 star was we arrived a little early and the staff was asking money right away just to put our luggage in the luggage storage area which is literally just behind his counter. When we asked why, he said "tip". Gave us an ugly look when we didn't give any.

There was many hidden fees. The shuttle was not complimentary, neither was the breakfast. I WILL DEF NOT EVER COME BACK TO HOLIDAY INN AGAIN! I could have gotten more for the same price, at another hotel. Last time i will ever use holiday at any city i visit.

Check in was fast and easy. I got to my room right away, even though check in was 3pm, I got my room around 1230. Room was nice, but after walking around for a bit I did find some issues. Food crumbs on the nightstand, old McDonald receipts in the drawer. There was a power outlet not screwed into the wall, so it was hanging loose. Seems to me like a safety hazard. In the bathroom, the toilet seat was broke and loose. Seems like it could be an easy thing to fix, just replace the seat. Not sure how long that’s been broken. Other than those issues, it’s a good place for a short stay.
