The basic job of a hotel is to provide a good night sleep. Right? We traveled near the airport a day early to get that sleep. What we got was a 2nd floor room with a mesh window curtain and nothing else. We were doing shadow puppets against the back wall of the room. Two street lights, a building sign and the golden arches beaming through to room all night. BAD!

THEY CHARGE $44 FOR PARKING. They mentioned to me that many people complain about it all the time but it is because it is always on a footnote, never clear when making a reservation. The location was pretty good because it is at a what seemed to be a 24 hour, 2 story McDonalds that offered late- night convenience. The area is very busy with several homeless on the street, but never on the actual property itself and they have an abundance of security to make sure it is a safe and clean environment. They offer shuttles to Kia Forum and to LAX for a charge from a third party. $20 one way or $30 round to per person to the Kia Forum, I am not sure if the price is very for the airport. Very clean shuttle and friendly driver. The area and hotel room is very clean , lobby very clean. All and all good location with accommodations, but the hidden parking fee was ridiculous.
