The staff is very kind and helpful. The room was very clean! The AC worked perfectly too. The WiFi is pretty fast too. I had no issues with parking despite it being a small lot. I would stay again as a solo traveler.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, and whatever you need, be it extra towels, fresh pillowcases, they have no problem providing it for you! They offer free parking. You can’t beat that most places no matter how small are trying to charge something for parking, but it should be included with the room and here it is.

The bathrooms was very dirty literally dirt on the walls , you can tell they renovated the rooms & not the bathrooms. The floors were dirty, they don’t mop them. & my rental got keyed in the parking lot & the workers said they couldn’t find the footage. Also people were fighting outside .

Always warm and welcoming! I’ve never had a bad experience with the front desk or other staff. Whatever it is that you need, they will make sure and do their best to accommodate you! It may not be five star, but parking is free and they have surveillance cameras operating 24 hours a day. I’ve never had an issue. That is more than I can say for some of these so-called high end hotels!
