Gnats were flying all over the bathroom and a few in the room. The refrigerator was leaking water.

At first, the room looked fine but the bed was badly sunk in especially in the middle. The jetted tub was dirty, the hot water was VERY weak and the plastic plug was punctured. The icing on the cake was when I saw a cockroach on the side of the mirror. That was at 2am so I knew that I wouldn't be able to get another room. When checking out the next day, I showed the guy at the front desk, he didn't seem surprised and he never apologized. I asked to speak with the manager but supposedly he's out of town for one week. I'm positive that my credit card company will reimburse me. on the side of the mirror.

The bathroom and toilet wasn’t cleaned properly. As for the garbage can, it wasn’t emptied and there’s food in the fridge as well from the last person that stayed there..

The water runs good and hot but the rooms smell like cigarettes and the beds are extremely loud like the bottom makes a screech as soon as you lay on it its a loud metal clanking bed frame super inconvenient

Very sketchy area. Someone kept knocking on my door around 8pm and twice around 9pm. The TV kept losing signal, had to watch shows on my laptop. The room clean, but the towels had stains on them. I would not recommend this place.

The in room spa was dirty. Couldn’t use it. No cups , no heat and the bed was terrible. Very limited towels and it smells like smoke. Looked as if people lived there. Very bad neighborhood.

loved the jet tub, bathroom is clean, bed is comfortable! however, my only issues is that check in was at 3pm and we ended up having to wait till 5pm and the lighting isn’t very bright!
