Staff were excellent. Marissa at front desk was above board accommodating. She assisted me in getting a room cleaned a bit earlier than the 3pm check-in and was very warm and personable. The hotel interior is clean and upgraded but the outside stair areas could use cleaning and an upgrade. Overall, very nice stay.

Check with the young lady behind the desk was excellent and she was very helpful, however, the cleaning staff on the fourth floor were very loud and noisy, they must be told that some guests sleep during the day and this was beyond terrible!

Mattress was uncomfortable. Coffee maker in the room didn’t work. Lids for coffee in the breakfast area were too big for the cups. Accosted by homeless person walking to restaurant across the street. Train noises at night.

I stayed there for two nights. The room was next to the cleaning staff's workroom. Every morning the cleaning staff would chat and laugh loudly and wake me up. I didn't even need to set the alarm=.=. In addition, the bathroom drain was clogged.

Good option for race in Bonelli Park

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Lobby appears renovated. The ground floor rooms need minor repair, better sound proofing, and renovation. The beds and bedding were in great condition.

Property was clean and quiet. Breakfast that was "included" was non existent which was a bummer. There wasn't any fruit or yogurt. It's a small galley area that has two waffle machines and on the other side they had a hot item that was potatoes. 3 people were in there and they wouldn't move for me to try and get a waffle so I gave up. If breakfast is an important part of your stay this might not be your best bet.
