LUXURY RESORT STAY AT TERRANEA VILLA! Escape to this luxurious villa at Terranea Resort, the perfect retreat in Rancho Palos Verdes. Featuring 2 king bedrooms, a den with a sofa bed, 2 spa-inspired bathrooms, a powder room, full kitchen, and a private garage, this villa offers comfort and space for families or groups.


Enjoy full access to Terranea's world-class amenities, including 4 pools (one with a waterslide and one adults-only), complimentary golf cart shuttles, the fitness center, and 4 on-site restaurants. Daily housekeeping is included, so you can relax and enjoy a truly effortless resort getaway.

All guests have access to the entirety of Terranea resort and its amenities with the $90/night resort fee, which is included in the VRBO total.


Please Note: Spa Access is $95/day per person, and is a separate fee from the resort fee. This is optional for those who want to enjoy a day at the spa. Spa access includes the spa pool, spa lounges, saunas, and the Terranea gym. Please message for details.

INCIDENTALS- Per Terranea: "Front Desk will place an authorization of $500 per night for incidentals; should a guest provide a debit card, this will incur a charge that will be released upon check-out.
