Päivitetty upea moderni rantakoti himoitussa Marinan niemimaalla, 30 askeleen päässä hiekasta, lähellä Malibua, Venetsiaa ja Abbott Kinneyä. Upea moderni kattoterassi tyylikkäillä satamakalusteilla ja uudella kylpytynnyrillä, josta on selkeä merinäköala. Lyhyt pyöräretki / kävellä tyylikkäisiin ravintoloihin / kauppoihin ja Venetsian rantatiellä. Lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat. Kokin keittiö (Viking / SubZero) + BBQ. 2 sadetta.

Nauti LA: n koskemattomien rantojen ja kalifornialaisen elämäntavan kauneudesta tässä upeassa rantahotellissa Marina Dely Reyn niemimaalla. Kirjaimellisesti kolmekymmentä (30) askeleen päässä hiekasta, meidän 3 makuuhuoneen, 3. 5 kylpyhuoneen koti sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla välillä maailmankuulu Venice Beach ja Marina Del Rey, vieressä Santa Monica, ja lyhyt maisematie Malibu. Meidän ranta-talo oli suunniteltu nykyaikainen "aurinko, hiekka, vesi" inspiraatiota. Yksi (1) makuuhuone ja yksi (1) Master parvi makuuhuone king size-vuoteet sekä "lapset" huone, jossa on 2 kerrossänkyä (eli 4 kaksoset), tekevät tästä kotiin täydellisen ylellisen ranta päästä pois enintään 2 perheitä. Lyhyen pyöräretkelle tai kävelylle lukuisiin ravintoloihin ja kauppoihin, puhumattakaan Venetsian rantakadulta ja Venetsian tärkeimmästä kanavasta, Artsy / hip Abbot Kinney -museosta (kotiin monet LA: n parhaat ravintolat) sekä Marina-kuuluisan upeiden jahtien ja rantatien Del Rey. Aktiviteetit, jotka vaihtelevat paddle lennolle, surffausta, veneilyä, kalastusta, pyöräilyä, rullaluistelua ja vain rentouttava ovat kaikki sormen vinkkejä. Haluatko pelata lentopalloa? Excellent Stay

My husband, four kids and I stayed for 9 nights at this beautiful condo right across the street from the beach. There was plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen was amazing! We loved the location and all of the space. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful!

House is cozy, spacious, clean and beds super comfy. wonderful location and right off the beach. Great rooftop deck. Kitchen and family room is so spacious. Also garage for two cars ( not large SUV) landlord very accessible to answer questions. No AC in top bedroom but was cool at night and kept screen door open. Would def stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay here by the beach. The views are great, the rooftop deck with hot tub is beautiful, and there are a lot of great activities just outside the door. We appreciated all the beach gear and bikes provided. The owner was helpful in trying to troubleshoot our tech issues, and was generally very responsive. On the downside, this is not a true three bedroom, the top bedroom is a loft that doesnt allow for any light or sound dampening from the kitchen and living room below. Also, the building itself including common areas has a lot of deferred maintenance, and some of the appointments in the unit are not in great working order (for example all the fans are full of dust so they are unusable,) some of the kitchen gear is a bit old and stained, and some of the cabinets and closet areas meant for guest use are cluttered with the owners personal items. There are a few other examples which just demonstrate a lack of care and attention to detail. These aren’t huge issues on their own, but when you are paying big bucks for a rental, you expect it to sparkle.

Amazing location and views

This property is better than the pictures. Location is so close to beach, food, and shopping. We loved the easy access and quick walk to the beach. Even though you’re close to Venice Beach you don’t have the traffic and craziness . The best part of the property (although the entire home is beautiful) is the roof top deck. Watching sunsets as we had cocktails I. The hot tub could not be beat.

Perfect Marina del Rey Gem! (Local's recommendation)

As a Marina Del Rey resident, finding a vacation rental for a large family influx can be tricky. My own place just isn't ideal for guests. Thankfully, Craig and Irene's Vrbo came to the rescue! Their spacious home was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and boasted incredible outdoor areas with stunning beach and sunset views. Craig made everything incredibly smooth and welcoming for our entire group. We truly felt right at home, like extended family visiting. This place is a gem, and I won't hesitate to book it again for future family visits. Don't miss out – book your stay today!

Great place!

Craig’s place was great. We were in for New Years with adult kids. Biked everywhere. Ate a lot - great restaurants all very close. Hiked. Hot tubbed. Roof top is the best view in LA for NYE fireworks! Craig was available and great with communication and recommendations. There is construction on the beach front row, but it didn’t bother us at all. And the view in the roof gives you a beautiful vista of the beach and inlet, as well as watching planes take off and land if you’re into that (no noise)!

great beach stay

We had a great stay at Craig's place. The location is unbeatable, one block from the beach. The house is spacious and well-equipped. We enjoyed using the beach equipment and toys as well as the roof deck hot tub and shower. The beach is not as busy as nearby Venice. Parking is difficult, but the house has a double garage. It's a short drive to local restaurants. We would stay again.

Amazing place to rent for a family. Spacious rooms, tons of amenities to enjoy the area (eg, bikes, helmets, beach stuff, scooters) and fast internet access (>200 mbps) for multiple devices to simultaneously stream movies, attend Zoom calls, and get work done. Owner/property manager was super responsive to all questions during our stay. Highly recommend.

Great weekend in MDR

We have rented many times on VRBO. This was our best experience. The house was immaculate with high end amenities big and small. The kitchen was incredible and equipped with anything you could think you need for cooking. Finally, the owners were very courteous, flexible, and responsive

Nice place

Overall very good. Best parts were roof top view and set up, parking and great room layout. Challenges were that grill was so dirty we chose not yo clean and use it, construction across the street work is everyday between 7 ans 7:15, and the fact that one main bedroom is a loft open yo the great room did not work out well. Overall we had a nice time but there were a few too many issues and surprises that we were not aware of when booking to make me feel like we got good value for the cost / lack of sleep,

This is a beautiful property that is perfect for active adults. Half a block from the beach with tons of walking trails and outdoor activities. Floor to ceiling windows with tons of natural light. Craig was an amazing host. He was available before and during the trip for any questions.

Fun beach getaway!

We had a great time at Craig's swank/modern house and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. They've really stepped it up in terms of the decor/bathrooms/kitchen all well appointed. He was a pleasure to deal with and extremely responsive, really knows what he's doing and made it as easy as possible. The house is great-modern and cosy all at once-and really comfortable, and we enjoyed the rooftop spa and views immensely. Great array of extras including bikes, sand toys, and more which were really great to have. Be aware that there is tar on the beach in front of the house so either wear something or be prepared to scrub it off with baby/vegetable oil to which they kindly had ready for us as well. Also, there is construction going on across the street so factor some noise in for weekday stays. Kids had a blast, really fun getaway for us all!

Perfect Covid Getaway

My boys and I came to California for a nice little surf and skateboarding excursion. The place is so beautiful, modern, and in an amazing area. Rooftop was amazing. The views, dining, fireplace, and jacuzzi, made for an excellent area for winding down. Craig was very responsive and kind. Looking forward to coming back again soon. Three Thumbs up!😃

Excellent Location! Gorgeous Home!

My family and I stayed for a about a week with my kids and nanny. The home is wonderful, has everything you ever need for beach toys, the ocean and bikes (plus way more!) The home is literally steps from the clean beach! Beautiful view while relaxing in the hot tub on the deck top and while grilling! Craig was very helpful with restaurants and being super flexible with our requests. The cleanliness of the house was impeccable. The kitchen is well stocked, the bathrooms are amazing and the beds are very comfortable. They even had a crib and high chair for our one year old which is rare. We had a blast and if we return to the area this is without a doubt where we will stay again! Thank you Craig and Irene!

Getaway by the sea.

We really enjoyed staying at this town house a short block from the beach. The house was so well furnished. We wondered if the owners used a designer. Strangely I can't get the couch out of my mind. We used every room and enjoyed the rooftop deck with it's hot tub and furniture around a fire pit. The kitchen was a great place to make meals for our group and we were all able to dine at the long table together with8 people. My husband can't wait to go back and even wanted to stay another day. Craig the owner was very responsive which is a bonus.

Family Fun Times

Very well appointed and comfortable in every way!! Wonderful beach access and so many extras for biking, surfing, etc. Overall A fabulous location and home. Would definitely come back!
