Don’t bother

Booked this place as it was close to the airport and there was a shuttle. The bathtub didn’t drain, beds are not comfortable and the shuttle it offers was not working and nobody bothered to tell any of us outside waiting for it at 7am.

Contacted via multiple forums, hoping to have the opportunity to talk to someone soon. The water pressure in the shower was horrible!! The bed was not the most comfortable but it was inexpensive, convenient as it was close to LAX, and clean. As a bonus there was security in the parking lot 24 hours.

Our room came with no basic amenities. No mini fridge, microwave, blow dryer, etc. Our shower head was broken and was leaking everywhere out side the tub! The walls to our room were very grimey!

Had a line out the door because the elevators were not working, there is no stairs in the property so if the elevators are out you are stuck! DO NOT STAY HERE

We stayed here for Hard Summer 2025 and checking in was an absolute nightmare. To start, they have a tiny parking lot (that is apparently open to the public so that they can pay to park??) which meant there was no secure parking for their actual guests and we were told we would have to figure out parking outside of the motel property. We had to go miles down the street to a parking structure and pay $65 to keep our car there over night. The elevators broke several times and it took forever to be able to leave your floor. The service staff was amazing and super helpful, letting us use the service elevator and guiding us through the mess. If it weren’t for the super helpful staff, it would have been a 0/10. Won’t be staying here anymore.
