The floors were filthy, wiped up spill, came up black with dirt, they need to mop the floors, showerhead needs replacing, no water pressure, bed was like a board, hurt my back sleeping on it, towels and sheets are super thin and old. The stairways on the outside are filthy and smells bad. There were fleas in the shower drain.

I booked this property because it said 15 minutes from dodger stadium. It was about 35 min away. When I asked for extra pillows and blanket the front desk person said that they didn’t have anymore. The bed was not comfortable at all. There was a roach in our room.

Got there at check in 3pm on 2/15 but none of the rooms including my room was available because Valentine’s Day was the day before and not all their guest had left in time. This caused me to be late to my event, I asked if they can offer me any discount or compensation and they said no. Not cool, room was available probably around 4:15pm but other than that it was fine. I give it 3/5 stars

Service is very poor: sink blocking reported 3 times, nobody fixed, sraff promising to send receipt but no receipt sent to me, i hace been staying for 5 nights, no room cleaning during my stay. Parking fee taken by cash, and i was charged for 6 nights, no refund even though i ended up staying 5 nights.
