This city central location is close to shopping, eateries, Civic Center, wedding venues. Walkable to numerous restaurants and eateries. Just over the hill to beaches, Presidential library and other cultural events and venues.

Main living area adjacent to inviting outdoor natural stone patio complete with BBQ, dining table, outdoor sectional, bistro lights, TV, garden setting. Totally private and inviting.
